No one escapes Covid19: ZKS Board Meeting had to take place Online

Board members (from Geneva and Lausanne), bank an accounting advisors (Geneva), secretariat (from Lugano) and president (from Glasgow) participated in our first online meeting because of containment measures in the different areas / countries due to Covid19. Many decisions had to be postponed because of the worsening situation on the financial markets and thus the ZKS foundation’s finances.

Word from ZKS Foundation’s president: Deadline for Applications is March 15 (midnight MET)

I would also like to remind all potential candidates to carefully read our conditions for grants on our official website: http://www.zenokarlschindler-foundation.ch before sending their applications. Incomplete and/or incorrect applications will not be considered. Another important thing to remember is that, due to a significant increase in the number of applications to our fellowship programs, there is a high probability that students whose grade point average is not in the upper tier for their institution(s) of study will not be selected. The ZKS Foundation will not give any information, justification nor reason for the decisions taken concerning the acceptance or refusal of an application. Please consider that no reply will be given to such requests.

The ZKS Foundation Team is looking forward to receiving all excellent, complete (according to our above-mentioned conditions) applications. The applicants will be informed of the decisions taken by the Foundation Board by mid-April 2020.
